Wysocki Hospitalized Before Delaware Challenge Final Round, Still Playing

Ricky Wysocki made a visit to the emergency room early Sunday morning before the final round of the Delaware Disc Golf Challenge. He has not withdrawn from the event and made his 2 pm tee time Sunday. He was in third place to start the day, three strokes behind leader Paul McBeth.

“It’s been quite the week so far here in Delaware. I made a last second ER visit this morning,” Wysocki posted on Instagram. “Turns out I’ve got some weird stomach virus and passed out last night. Hoping to make it through today’s final round.”

It sounds like Drew Gibson may have accompanied Wysocki to the hospital as he commented on the post, “Love you even though you kept me up till 4 am.”
