The Disc Golf Pro Tour has released its Open and Open Women’s brackets for the 2018 Tour Championship to be held in Jacksonville, Florida at New World Disc Golf October 18-21.

As in past years, the Tour Championship will be a combination of stroke and match play, with players starting in a seeded position, and advancing to the next round of competition via best scores through round one and the quarterfinals. Once in the semifinals, the final 16 players in the MPO division, and eight in FPO, split into four person cards based on seeding, with the winner of each card advancing to the final round of competition. The MPO final round will include a fifth player via wildcard determined by the best score after card winners, and the FPO final will have two wildcards determined the same way.

Eight MPO players and four FPO players received byes directly to the semifinal round based on 2018 DGPT points. The MPO field also has eight players receiving byes directly to the quarterfinals. The open field was trimmed to 32 players for 2018, down from 50 last season.
