Ace: Sarah Hokom Gets The Walk-Off At 2021 Pro Worlds

Hokom rings up no. 18

Sarah Hokom PDGA Worlds ACE! Hole 18 at Mulligans

Ultiworld Disc Golf’s coverage of the 2021 PDGA Pro World Championships is presented by Skybreed Discs, a top online retailer and preferred vendor of the 2021 Ledgestone Insurance Open, and Aria Discs, a new disc golf brand making discs designed for beginners.

Similar to Ricky Wysocki’s ace at the 2o17 Utah Open, Sarah Hokom got to close out her fourth round of 2021 PDGA Pro Worlds at Mulligans in style with an ace on hole 18.

“Feels great, no putt on the last hole,” said Hokom, after intoning the SportsCenter “duh nuh nuh.”

Hokom threw a signature forehand with an Axiom Fireball on the 207-foot water carry to find chains and finish the day at 5-under. The eagle helped Hokom maintain her seventh place position by one stroke over Ohn Scoggins at 2-under par total and broke a seven hole par streak. Hokom also aced during her 2012 PDGA Pro Worlds victory.

Ace Run Pro was following the FPO chase card Hokom was playing on Friday.
