Paige Pierce may not have pulled off the win in Wisconsin over the weekend, but her rating continues to dominate the rest of the Open Women’s division.
Pierce jumped eight points to 988, setting another record high rating for a female player. Sarah Hokom, Eveliina Salonen, and Henna Blomroos either moved into or remained in the 970-rated range.
In the Open division, Paul McBeth also set a career high and overall record rating at 1062, up one point over last update. Calvin Heimburg jumped six points to 1047 and is now the second highest rated player in the world.
