Norway’s Knut Håland is the first player to ace at the 2019 PDGA Pro Worlds in Peoria.
Håland lined up on the bridge hole, Lake Eureka’s 354-foot hole 9, and laced an Avery Jenkins Teebird dead straight at the pin. A slight fade at the end of the flight found chains for the 1 on the scorecard. Bonus points for playing on the same card as Jenkins during his round.
The Europeans must like something about hole 9, as Jalle Stoor also aced it during a practice round.
Håland is at even par 63 after one round.
