One of the year’s top free agents has a new home.

The back-to-back and defending world champion Isaac Robinson has signed a three-year endorsement deal with Latitude 64, the Swedish-based company announced this morning.

Robinson will make $175,000 a year in guaranteed salary with immediate royalties on all signature and tour series discs sales, according to people familiar with the agreement. After sales incentives and bonuses, Robinson is projected to make north of $300,000 a year.

“From the first time, I threw their discs I knew it was a good fit for my game,” said Robinson in a statement. “They consistently create discs that I can rely on in every situation. I couldn’t be more excited to work with Latitude 64 for the next three years and grow the sport we all love!”

It’s a big move for Latitude 64 to sign an elite MPO pro — the company’s visibility in the US has largely been driven by their sponsorship of the FPO two-time world champion and world #1 Kristin Lätt (formerly Tattar). They haven’t sponsored an MPO player of Robinson’s caliber since Ricky Wysocki, who left in 2018 after three years sponsored by Latitude.

“We are thrilled to have Isaac join our team,” Seth Fendley, the North American Chief Operating Officer of House of Discs, the holding company that owns Latitude 64, said in a statement. “Isaac has already accomplished so much in his career, and we believe his combination of talent, drive, and respect for the sport will be a great addition to our brand. We look forward to supporting him as he continues to reach new heights in his career.”

While sponsored by Prodigy, Robinson won three Majors and a DGPT event over the last three years: the 2023 and 2024 World Championships, the 2023 PDGA Champions Cup, and the 2022 LWS Open at Idlewild. He spoke openly about seeking a six-figure-a-year deal this offseason in interviews last year and told The Upshot podcast this week that he talked to manufacturers about securing a $175-200K a year deal.

“Latitude, for me, actually exceeded what I thought the contract would be,” he told The Upshot. “And so I’m very, very happy with where I’m at. And yeah, I think it’s not quite as high as some of the other people’s [deals], but it is perfect for what I need. And it’s definitely more than I thought I would get.” The agreement was brokered by Blake Shaffer of Shaffer Sports Management.

While many disc golf contract values are not made public, top players like Paul McBeth, Simon Lizotte, and Ricky Wysocki are earning 7 figures a year from their manufacturer sponsorships. A slowdown in the disc golf industry has curtailed sponsorship offers this offseason.

Robinson’s first disc release in conjunction with the announcement is an Orbit Rive. He said that the Rive is going to be his primary distance driver in his new bag.

Robinson will debut as a Latitude 64 sponsored pro at the Discraft Supreme Flight Open in February.
