Josh Anthon, who has been at the center of a controversy surrounding a tattoo that reads “white pride,” announced on Innova’s social media this morning that he will be covering up the tattoo.
“I apologize to anyone that’s had to argue over it, anyone that’s going through all the pain, and anyone that it’s affected negatively,” he said. “But I’m also going to be getting it covered up because I want to see more love in this world and less hate. Because the world is just crazy right now. So I don’t want to add to it whatsoever. I don’t support white supremacy groups, I don’t support hate groups, I don’t support anything like that. I just want to get back out there and be the best man I can be, and also get back to playing some disc golf.

Innova also released a new statement about Anthon, the tattoo, and their sponsorship of him:
