The Burchfield Park courses at the United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship gave us four different layouts and a variety of terrains. Rivers Edge was full of tasty woods lines, while Renegades Trail, especially from the short tees, meant ace runs and long putts. We broke down some of the best shots of the event by course, highlights courtesy of Jomez Pro who was in attendance providing all the round-by-round video coverage.
The most impressive shot of the weekend came from champ Paige Pierce, who tossed in a monster throw-in eagle on hole 14 in round one.
There were more traditional putts on the course as well, such as Hailey King in round one, who actually couldn’t see the basket here.
Kristin Tattar, Vanessa Van Dyken, and Pierce had a couple more putts worth pointing out.
It wasn’t only good shots on the green though, we got plenty off the tee as well.
Van Dyken and Holly Finley did their best to keep things close during the final round.
Pierce was just too good on Renegades all weekend.
Also, we can’t forget Catrina Allen putting this drive straight into the pit during round two.
