The woods maestro from North Carolina, Michael Johansen, will continue to be sponsored by Discraft through at least the 2024 season after signing a three year extension with the Michigan manufacturer.
“Been with them since 2008 and don’t want to go anywhere else,” said Johansen. “They continue to up their support for me each year and I am very grateful for it.”
In addition to seven Open wins and an 11th place showing at the Delaware Disc Golf Challenge PDGA National Tour event in 2021, Johansen finished second at 2021 PDGA Pro Masters Worlds in the Pro Masters 40+ division, one stroke behind champ Dave Feldberg,
