The one-day-old course record at Throw Down The Mountain fell to the same person who set it 24 hours earlier.
Paul McBeth’s 1086-rated, 13-under par 51 pushed his lead to 10 strokes at 25-under par 103 total. According to UDisc Live, McBeth was 100-percent from Circle 1X, and added three from outside the circle to go 50-percent from C2. Through 36 holes, he leads all MPO players in C1 and C2 in regulation, birdies, scramble rate, and C1X and C2 putting.
A 10-under par 54 round moved Michael Johansen into a tied for second at 15-under par 113 with Calvin Heimburg and Chris Dickerson.
Madison Walker is at 4-over par 132 total after matching her 2-over par 66 from round one, and bumped her lead up to 11 over Elaine King. Things aren’t out of reach but it’s getting close to a runaway in FPO.
