Cameron Messerschmidt Gateway Sponsor

Cameron Messerschmidt shocked many tour followers by announcing a primary sponsorship with Gateway Disc Sports for the 2020 season.

The 24-year-old spent 2019 unsponsored after a spell with Prodigy in 2018. He raised his rating to a career-high 1018 with the January 2020 update, a 20 point increase year-over-year, collecting seven B-tier wins during the 12 month span.

Messerschmidt has been steadily climbing the pro ranks over the past couple of seasons, finishing 2019 as the highest percentage putter from Circle 2 according to UDisc Live stats. He featured on round coverage from Kansas City Wide Open, MVP Open, Warwick Championships, and more.

His “KillaCam” tour will start with this month’s Maricopa Open in Arizona and follow the Elite Series schedule.
